Who: Mainly Northern VA School
Entries: 2 relays per team in each event, 4 individuals per team in each event. Entries are due: on Thursday, December 29th by noon. All entries must be completed on the Milesplit network,www.milestat.com. ONLY 10 teams will be invited. Please provide an entry mark for running events for better seeding of events. Email aichirinos@fcps.edu to get the Entry CODE and commit to help run a field event. Entries Open Wednesday, Dec. 13.
Entry Fee: $100 per school for two genders. (please have check by meet time)

Scratches: We will attempt to accommodate substitutions with athletes already in the meet on the day of the meet, we will not add anyone to the meet.
Field events: Opening heights: BHJ: 5'0"; GHJ: 4'0"Flight order will be High seed to low seed. Three attempts no finals in the LJ, TJ, and SP.Pole Vault: Girls Open Height 6 Boys Open Height 8Track events: Slow to fast-seeded sections.
Results: Results will be live on Milestat.com.

PARKING: BUSES MUST PARK IN THE ACADEMY PARKING LOT BY ENTRANCE #13. SPECTATOR PARKING IS IN THE LARGE LOT BY ENTRANCE #5 (BACK OF THE SCHOOL)

10:30 a.m. Girls Long Jump (Boys long Jump will begin 15 minutes following the conclusion of girls LJ)Boys Triple Jump (Girls Triple Jump will begin 15 minutes following the conclusion of LJ) If entries allow, we will run boys and girls together.
Girls Shot Put (Boys Shot Put will begin 15 minutes following the conclusion of the Girls)
Boys High Jump (Girls High Jump will begin 30 minutes following the conclusion of Boys)
Girls Pole Vault (Boys PV will begin as soon as Girls reach 8)
